:: Accidents do happen... (Back from Qing Ming cont.) ::
At 3.30am monday morning, after 5 hours of driving...
While I was in deep sleep, my tang ge (ah Kim) was still awake. As he was watching the road, there was a cargo truck infront of our bus...
Suddenly something fishy happened, our bus started to acelerate closer to the truck. Closer and closer until about 1 meter distance apart at a speed of 90km/hr on the highway then it started to swave away to the right but because of the space and time constraint... BANG!
I was awoken, so was the rest of the passengers on the bus... everyone started to look around to see what happen and ah Kim (my tang ge) started to describe what he saw as he was not sleeping then told us to look at glass of the front of the bus. As I turned to see, he continued to describe about what happened, I saw some very huge lines across the glass which I thought were just the reflections of light cause by the highway lights but the more I look, the more they actually look like what I don't wish to believe were cracklines...
After the bus came to a stop, awhile later there were some commotion going on, people were calling to say their trip has been delayed by a car accident while my tang ge was still repeating what he saw and what happened focusing on how the bus got closer and closer to the cargo truck in front... then my dad who missed the toilet break before decided to go down the bus to take a look (and a little self declared toilet break) then soon my tang ge went down, then some guy went down, then lonely me without my dad also decided to go down to take a look at the situation.
As I walked towards the front of the bus, I couldn't believe my eyes as I saw the cracklines I saw from afar were not just some, but towards the left corner was a hole, and as I reached the door I realised that the glass of the door was gone! Broken into bits and pieces with the steps full of broken bits of glass, I carefully walked down with my sandals stepping on them making sounds of crackling glass that sound like the biting of sand...
When I was outside, I turned to my right and saw the driver and another guy, then I turned to see the damage of the bus... I was like Wooh!

Then I started to walk towards the back of the car, I saw the gigantic cargo truck slightly bigger than our bus. And I was like Wooh!
Then after that was walking here and there until about 5am, we went back into our bus to sleep until about 6am, we went down to another bus then we continued our trip back to Singapore...
I reached home at about 10.45am... so so tired...
