Today, I didn't do any push ups but I went to TP gym instead... from 1.30pm - 3.20pm, I did a total of 150 reps inclined sit-ups, 150 reps inclined crunches, 135 reps dumbell chest exercise (10kg), 45 reps machine chest press (??kg) and not to mention 45 reps pulldown front (??kg)

Dumbell Chest Press: 6 sets of 15 reps each with 5kg in each hand


Bent-Arm Dumbbell Pullover: 3 sets of 15 reps each with 10kg dumbell


Inclined Crunches: 10 sets of 15 reps each


Inclined Sit ups: 5 sets of 30 reps each


Pulldown Front: 3 sets of 15 reps each

and of course the bench press: 3 sets of 15 reps each

So anyway, I went home and not before long I went out le... so tired... went to eat with sammo... then went 'window shopping' spend abit more time in life bookshop and in toy 'r' us more than the other shops...

In toy 'r' us, saw this toy called Magic 8 Ball... for shaking then ask a question then it would show yes or no in different ways... so I tried it out...

The box, I shook it n said 'I am handsome rite?'


It wrote, 'My sources says NO'
and i was like "hey!!!!"


then I ask it again, "I am very handsome rite?"
and it wrote, 'Yes, Definitely'
and I was like, "oh ya, i'm not handsome, i'm just very handsome haha"


then I decided to take it down but couldn't find it so I kept on shaking it until it wrote, 'Concentrate and try again'
so that's exactly what I did, I concentrated, shook it really hard, den asked, "I am very very very very very handsome rite?"
then it really came out, 'Yes, Definitely'

LOL! What a day... of course we all know what the magic 8 ball said was true haha... tired...

One more thing, the Spirit was strong today... Praise the Lord, Our Refuge, Our Provider who gives us our daily bread... I thank you not only for the peanut butter & jam bread but also giving us us daily needs, thank you for the food, the clothes to wear and the bed to sleep in and even the words we want to hear... God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the difference. In Jesus Christ name, Amen.
