Quote: The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction;
the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good,
for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people,
especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galatians 6:8-10
:: First Day For First Official Full Time Job. ::
This was the first thing I saw when I walk to the cafeteria to wait for my security briefing. White Lab coats and a white shower cap!! My first thought was, "Do I have to wear that?!!"
The company I'm currently in is super high in security so I'm afraid I can't say much about it here. Anyway, after the day I feel that I'm getting to know a little more about the adult life for most adults. So this is what happens for me and I'm guessing it'll be the same for many days. Wake up really early, take 1.5hrs to go to work (for me is still training), take 1.5hrs to go back, go supermarket buy some stuffs (saw many working adults), go bank (still see many working adults), reach home, eat dinner/supper, and I'm pretty much left with an hour or so before I have to go to bed and the cycle continues... seems like a monotonous routine life to me or so it seems...
I think I may like this job cos after so long I finally get to work alongside with girls again!! (3 yrs poly engineering, 2 yrs army, 1 yr game design, many yrs in homogeneous cell, the more I hung out with guys the more I find guys are really assholes... and the worst part is, they know but they don't care!) Anyway, yay! Girls! And they're all older than me! So no worries! (I prefer younger girls) and the next good thing is that they let me wear jeans to work if I want and there's nobody whose job is to judge me by my hair. I'm pretty much a designer though I feel like I'll be doing much of other security admin stuffs instead but it's okay cos the pay is good and the skills required are worth my time as I get to learn new stuff unlike the other brainless jobs I've done like waitering, packing, and book store assistant. The last good thing is that there's actually a chance to be transfered to other departments in the company and even a chance to other countries. The downside is that the place is so super secure, I can't even bring my cellphone into my office. I must wear the ugly tag known as a badge around my neck at all times else I'm gonna get it real bad. The white lab coat and cap is must also but it's okay cos I kinda look like a doctor/scientist.
Another down thing is that Beijing trip needs to be postponed cos I'm under 3 months probation and I can't take any leave yet. Oh well.
Had a problem going to school just now... I got lost cos I took the right bus in the wrong direction. In the end, I was really too late my teacher tell me no need to come. This is kind of unexpected but thank God, my teacher is understanding enough so I'll be self-learning again for this year.
Now I just need to fix the IPT sessions and these few project deadlines in April. Super packed. Kind of regret that this IS REALLY HARDER THAN I THOUGHT. God, please give me the strength to overcome these minor obstacles in my life. Thank you God for reminding me that this is just the dark before the morning.

:: First Official Job!! ::
It's a miracle! I got accepted into my second interviewed job! Starting work on Monday. Honesty paid off! More importantly I believe it's God's work. At the beginning of the month, I had a strong feeling that God will bless me with a 2k job and told me to put $200 as tithing even though that's pretty much half of my allowance and I had some doubts cos the current market rate is $1.75k for Fresh Diploma Grads.
So by faith, I put it in and massively applied for around 40 job positions, got 3 interviews, and landed my first job in an MNC for a basic salary of $2k exactly! Praise The LORD! Your Love for me is Simply A M A Z I N G ! =)
Dear God, thanks for letting me know you're still on my side, guiding me and keeping me on the right track. Thanks for reminding me that You still Love me no matter what my plans are at the moment. I pray that you continue to reveal Your perfect Will to me and every little thing that is pleasing to You, teach me to put every minute of my life into worshiping you God. You are El Shaddai, the God Almighty! Thank you once again. In Jesus most precious name I pray, amen.

:: Starfish Story ::
For those who have never heard of the Starfish Story here it is again.
One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean. Approaching the boy, he asked, ‘What are you doing?’
The youth replied, ‘Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.’
‘ Son,’ the man said, ‘don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? What difference does it make!’
After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said…‘I made a difference for that one.’

:: First Times With Interviews ::
Went for two interviews already. Both MNCs, first was Kulicke & Soffa for the role of a Technician. I felt confident went I saw the other people getting inteviewed cos some were't even dressed properly but when it was finally my turn, I studdered at the first question he asked. He said, "You live very far, will you be late?" I mumbled something about driving over if I wake up late then he asked again the same thing and I said "No, sir. I won't be late." At that moment, I knew I didn't want an asshole superior like that so I gave the opportunity up.
The second one was more pleasant, for an FA Artist position at Gelmato. Initially I was told that I just had to make cards but then I realize they were talking about credit cards. Cool. I liked it, they wanted someone who was very meticulous and so I spoke confidently about myself but my laptop died on me during my interview with my direct supervisor when he asked to show my portfolio, he was a very nice guy. Apparently he wasn't looking for good designers. My portfolio didn't mattered, I would have outdone the others in terms of diversity, I had Web Design, 3D animation, Videos, Graphics and even a working Game but in terms of Printed Graphics Design, I was beaten flat. I thought I pretty much got it until my second round interview with the HR manager, everything went very well, I could even feel her being intimated by me when I heard nervousness in her speech until I accidently leaked out that I wanted to be a pilot after she asked, "So where do you see yourself in this company after a few years." Then she asked a little more if there's other options, seems like she wanted me in, but I kind of told her the whole truth about my big plan (bad mistake). Then she asked if I have any questions, I stumped and said no. I didn't know this will affect the whole thing.
Here's some questions I could have asked. What is your vision for your department over the next two to three years? What major challenges are you currently facing as a manager? What makes your company better than your competitors? What are the areas where your competitors are better than your company? How would you describe the work environment here? Tell me about a typical working day for you. How many hours a day do you typically work? How soon are you looking to fill this position? How do my skills compare with those of the other candidates you have interviewed? How are performance appraisals conducted within your organization?
Well, now I learnt something. For MNCs, they are probably looking for long-term people who doesn't have a dream too big that might overtake them but still big enough to make their company prosper. I clearly fit the opposite but I'll keep that in mind for the next interview on Monday.
Gotta fix my laptop battery. I browsed my tagboard just now and realized I've got a spammer from the US who didn't want me to become a pilot for some reason (guessing he/she had a bad day or experience). I'm not angry if that's what you wanted me to feel. I just had to login to my cbox to report the person, delete the posts and ban the person. Then I realized I have about 13 views a day! OH MY GOSH! I don't even know these people so I checked out their IP address and found their location. I have readers from all around the world! cool! but then again I'm not sure if they're here to really read cos I see them advertising their site on my board so I decided to disable the adding link function. I'm not someone who has a heart to care about what other people think of me. So no comments is ok for me especially if it's not sincere.
But there's one particular one called "supporter" from NanYang Polytechnic though... I wonder who... there's only 3 person currently from that school I know. Whoever you are, I'd like to let you know, thank you for making a difference in my life today. Please don't tell me who you are if you are reading this. Makes it more fun. =)

:: Dream of Flying Cars ::
Had this dream that I was a rich and famous person who had some rare device and was seduced by a hot babe to steal that device. I realize immediately and followed her out my house.
My house was in a futuristic view of high-rise building shaped like mushrooms that were the height of normal high-rise buildings. The incredible thing was I was in the era of flying cars, the technology was still quite limited. The flying cars were only limited to flying directly above the roads that were already there due to the special magnetic device placed under the roads. They were also limited to a certain height, so technically this has increased the travelling space by 3 to 5 times.
I had this image of using this liquid nitrogen magnetism method of making the roads for the flying cars.
Anyway, back to the dream, the woman who seduced me passed my rare device to some men in black agents then I tried to shoot them all with my super laser blasting gun until I saw the woman fell off the building but started flying off in a funny shaped board in a very unglam way of handling it like it was her first time using the flying ski-board.

INFJ - Author INFJ's are strongly driven to help others. These are serious students and workers who really want to contribute. They make good therapists, and ministers. 1% of the total population. The agreeable nature and quiet personality of INFJ's makes them particularly vulnerable to hurt feelings. Distress within close relationships can shatter the INFJ. Like all NFs under stress, INFJ's feel fragmented and lost — as if they are acting out a part rather than simply being themselves. This disassociation can be related to physical symptoms for the INFJ, whether real or imagined. Feeling split off from their physical natures, INFJ's may become virtually immobilized by repressed feelings.
Although INFJ's may feel like remaining still and stationary until the chaos and confusion of a stressful situation dissipates, it would be best for them to actively sort out their needs from others. Being excessively cooperative and agreeable, the INFJ has a tendency to adopt values and beliefs of others as their own. When external conflicts grow, so does the INFJ's sense of personal disharmony. Disassociating themselves from others takes a great deal of effort for the INFJ.
